is LG a good make for plasma and lcd tvs, or should i get a name like sony etc?

LG developed the technology behind LCD and Plasma screen TVs,most of the components are supplied by them.

Yes LG & v good,,we have had LG for years & just bought new LG plasma,,very pleased.
Theres nothin wrong with saving money by buyin quality & not just goin for a name

I bought an l.g. plasma t.v. 12 months ago and it's broke down twice. But l.g.'s guarantee is very good.
