Get help now!!!! You have the same rights as her if not more (she took them away form their environment, their dad everything known to them etc..), go to the police, the family unit, a solicitor etc.. Don't be one of those dads who give up. Fight for what is yours, the chances are the children are wondering where you are, and in the future they will ask why you didn't look for them, if you don't do something now. Good luck, let us know what happens.

I feel so sorry for you. There are some terrible women out there, did she even consult the kids to whether or not they wanted to maintain contact with you?
Is there no family that can help? Did she work?
I should go with the others ideas and try private investigator.
