talk to him, ask him was up , be like hey i like u do u have any feelings for me?? dont be scared trust me its easier than u think!!!!! if u dont feel comfortable then just write him a note, IM, email, txt msg, etc. or even on the fone!!! u dont have to talk to him in person cuz trufully thats pretty hard!! but watever makes u feel comfortable, next time u see him start a convorsation with him!!! u'll figure it out. but in the mean time GOODLUCK

You can probably tell by his behaviour if he likes you or not. You might notice him watching you, but when he notices you see him watching he might look away or blush. He might tease you, or do things just to get your attention.

And, you could always just ask him. But I know that might be a bit difficult. And I don't think you should to make someone like you. That might just make them not like you at all.
