Since leaving my ex, who was allergic to peanuts, I can't stop eating peanut butter. I've had it on toast, celery, bread sticks...what else can I put it on?

One of my favorite "power breakfast's" is peanut butter in a buttered toasted sandwhich, with banana, honey and a little lemon juice. You could try a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg to add a spicey after taste, too.

About lunchtime, when the energy content starts to kick in, you'll be ready to take anything or anyone on!!

Make a satay sauce. Great with chicken. Gently fry finely chopped onion, a couple of garlic cloves, about an inch of grated fresh ginger root, about an inch of smashed lemon grass and a couple of chopped chillis, to taste. Add a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter (the crunchy variety is good) and thin with coconut milk (from a can) until you have the right consistency.

I am not sure I am not contributing to you gaining a lot of weight.. lol. But here are some suggestions. You can put it on:
- slices of cucumber (nice combination of fresh and "warm")
- on bread with a little sambal (Indonesian "hot" spice, it's sold in jars.. if you don't like "real hot" take Sambal Brandal)
Or make a sauce: warm it, put in a bit of fat milk and put it on:
- french fries
- barbecued meat
- boiled veggies
or (great with drinks): use that sauce to dip in all kinds or raw vegetables:
- carrots
- broccoli
- celery
- cauliflower
etc.

It's absolutely delicious with chicken, add some chilli to it and a little garlic and coat the chicken pieces, thread onto skewers and either cook on bbq or in the oven. Chicken sate.
