Ask your local butcher,he/she might also give you some tips on what and how much to add, providing you are buying the meat from him. he might even allow you to use his sausage machine who knows. To buy sausage skins from a supplier you will probably have to order more than you can use, unless you can freeze them. drying intestines of animals after
boiling them in hot water.
You may visit any slaughter house
to find it out.
