I have never had a home remedy for dry hair work, but here are some tips on treating your hair with store bought products.
For curly I recommend using a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner like Dove, or shampoo and conditioner for curly hair try Loreal. If your hair is really dry try using a deep conditioner (Pantene makes a good one and you can use it in the shower) or hot oil treatment once a week. Before you style put a little leave in conditioner in try Netrogena Triple Moisture. Then use a curling gel doesn't matter what brand, the one I use is from fx it's real cheap allow hair to hair dry slightly then spray on Hot Spring heat activated treatment from Loreal. Use a diffuser and flip your head over drying the underneath first then flip and do the top scrunching as you dry. Should leave you with manageable soft curls.
To straighten, same thing use moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, like Dove. After washing comb out all tangles and apply Loreal's Hot Straight heat activated straightening cream. Use a round brush to dry hair a section at a time then use a ceramic flat iron to smooth. If need be use a finishing cream of some kind to smooth fly aways. You might also want to look into a deep cleansing shampoo to use before the moisturizing since you'd be applying so much product.

Don't put a bunch of stuff in your hair. Try using Color Treated Shampoo for Biolage (even if your hair isn't color treated. it has extra things to protect and moisturize your hair) and All Soft conditioner by Redken. It's great. It'll make your hair strong and very soft. If you want your hair curly try adding a curl booster after you wash your hair. If you want to straighten your hair blow dry it. You don't have to blow dry it straight. After you've gotten the moisture out use a straightening iron with ceramic plates (ceramic tools are better for hair). After that style and hairspray it how you like and wait a little bit before you go outside to let your hair set. Humidity can ruin all that hard work. Good luck! :)

I don't know about anti-stress hair treatments but I know how you can make your hair less frizzy: 1. Use conditioner--its essential because it conditions your hair hence conditioner. Put less shampoo, its too harsh for people with curly hair like us. 2. When you take a shower, at the end rinse off your hair with cold water--believe me this works! It doesn't have to be too cold, but like pool water cold. 3. Use gel instead of hair serum, because it will leave your curls tight, but don't comb your hair after you put gel though. 4. Buy a straighter (sedu, chi) because these will leave your hair silky straight for as long as you don't take a shower! Hope I help! <3

put on a mask of avocado and olive oil on wet unwashed hair.
at least once a week.
this will give it moisture.

never brush it.
curly hair is not meant to be brush.
this will prevent breakage.

use "ion" jumbo rollers to straighten it, the blow dryer will make it look like straw, and the flat iron will damage it too much.
this will preven extreme dryness.

take vitamins for the hair.
they will keep it healthy !
