It is definitely misspelled. I am sure it is in Portuguese, but with lots of errors. The right expression is " Ei voce sera especial para mim" (Portuguese),meaning "You will be always special for me".
In Italian "You'll be always special for me" is " Tu sara sempre speciale para me".

I don t know about ei vc...but the "sempre sera especial para mi" means ---------->will always be special to me

It's Brasilian portuguese, and means 'hey, you'll always be special to me'. It's not spelt wrong, Brasilians do say 'ei' and 'pra' in place of 'para'. So written formally it would be 'você sempre será especial para mim'.

It looks like typo'd Portugese or maybe even Spanish. o.o From what I can make out of it, it means "you'll always be special to me."
