You have to create a 360 page for yourself. You can do so by going to 360.yahoo.com and signing up. It's not a difficult process.
I had a hard time opening a 360 but then I changed my Yahoo! Personal Information to show me as American (which I'm not) and then there was no problem.
Once you've got a 360 page, you can upload (small) pictures to use as an avatar. Upload one, and then on your Y!A personal page, you can click on the 'Use my 360' option to make your 360 picture your Y!A picture.
I didn't explain that very well but that's the process.

Go to you re Yahoo 360. Click on "My Page", then "Edit Photos". From there you can download up to 4 pictures onto you re 360. You have to select the one you want to use on here as your main pic on 360 first. Then go in your profile here and select edit. Choose to use your Yahoo 360 pic instead of Avatar. Should find you re pic on here then.
