I will argue up and down with anyone about dieting. Diets tend to be bad for you!!! DO NOT GO ON ANY PLAN THAT DEPRIVES YOU OF A WELL BALANCED NUTRITIONAL DIET (Atkins, soup, cabbage, molassas)!!! You will gain the weight back, and at a very rapid pace. But being over weight is also very bad for you...
I discovered the Jorge Cruise 3-Hour diet. It's a little hard to get used to but after a couple weeks, your body automatically gets into gear and you don't have to set a timer.
Bascially you eat every 3 hours, very small meals. Usally about a 400 calorie breakfast, lunch, dinner. And two 100 calorie snacks.
It's not so hard to count the calories, especially if you set up your meals at the beginning of the week. And you lose weight at a DOCTOR RECOMENDED PACE....aprox 2-3 lbs. a week. I lost 15 lbs. in almost no time, belly fat first, and my eating habits have pretty well remained the same. You almost never feel hungry and you aren't deprived of any food. And you don't have to buy all that stupid junk, like other "diet" plans. It's NORMAL people food. And if you feel hungry between meals, drink a bottle of water, it will fill you up without filling you out.
Good luck!

The soup diet is great. You can loose upto 5 kilos a week. All you eat is vegetable soup and fresh fruit for a month. You will have a heap more energy and it makes you loose weight like that. I did it for a month and lost 25 kilos. I would recomend it to everyone.

According to a study I read about diets, by far the Weight Watchers diet is the most healthy. You get a healthy balance of everything.

Do you wanna loose it quick or loose it for good? If you wanna loose it quickly theres nothing like Atkins. If you wanna loose it for good reajust your lifestyle to include more whole foods, fruits and vegetables, less high cal and fried and convence type food and start a regular excercise regimen......

it is good you are aware of the fact that consuming healthy food will lose weight and not the silly claims that company's make by promoting slimming pills. you'll have to burn the calories that you consume and that is why exercise is also important, check this site for good healthy diet and exercises.
