Hi,
There is nothing much you can do. If there is too much irritation buy him some branded teether. Also you can rub gently on the gums with your fingers to give some relief. One teething starts babies might develop fever, loose motion etc. Please don't worry

Use somthing cold that the baby can chew on like a teething ring or frozen vegitables, if that dosent work try baby orajel it works great

i had the same prob with my son i can give u the remedy i used with him ok
first give him gripe water 2 times a day
secondly give him dentonic pills 3 pills 3 times a day
thirdly give him a teether which he can bite
he will be ok

Hyland teething tablets.You get them @ Walmart in the vitamin section.Put 2-4 tablets on the tongue and they dissolve instantly.No side effects and it helps them sleep.

Buy him teething rings and freeze them. They work a lot and give him some pain meds too.

i use to frezze bannas carrot and give them to my kids when they had teething issues this seemed to help but u could also use bongela or any other teething thing u can find at pharmcy
