EXERCISE will speed up your metabolism and help you loose weight. Don't look for the answer in a magic pill, as the "magic" often has detrimental side effects.

Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This program works to remove the toxins in the body that are stored in the fat cells. You cannot get rid of the fat cells unless you get rid of the toxins. We get toxins from pesticides, preservatives, fast food additives, chemicals, pollution, smoke etc… I have been on Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast and Atkins. All work great for a few weeks then the weight loss slows to 1 or 2 pounds a week and the motivation drops. This was my first experience with cleansing and it worked wonderful! You can order at 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it works and is worth every penny! Give it a try and good luck!

Drink water and get regular excersise. Breakfast gets the metabolism going and some excersise gives it a further boost. Excersising increases metabolism. So walk as much as you can, move to change TV channels, hide the remote. Drinking more water also curbs the appetite, so you'll eat less and be healthier.

Anything you see in the health food shop claiming to do that is just traditional snake oil. Your prescription medicine should bring your metabolism up to speed. Apart from that, you need exercise; if you don't make your body do much, it won't matter if it does it slowly or quickly, and to cleanse, drink plenty and eat fresh or fresh-cooked fruit and vegetables, not factory-made slop.

a million) exercising. Metabolism would be greater suitable following exercising, as much as various hours after energetic exercising. 2) carry Weights --> placed on muscle. muscle mass burns greater energy at relax than fat. this might supply the main suitable & maximum long-lasting effects. 3) eat greater protein, drink green tea. The (debatable) thermic effect of nutrition is quite small (<10% entire calorie expenditure), and temporary (a quick time after nutrition replaced into fed on).

1. Don't leave your breakfast! Many people think they'll lose weight if they don't eat in the morning. This is not true. Its just decrease metabolism and just making difficult to lose weight!
2. Drink plain water. Water is the good element if you want to loss weight. It removes toxins in your body.
3. Again! Don't starve your body. After breakfast, don't let your stomach empty. Eat low fat biscuit, fried fries (but in small portion) or healthy salad from fruits and vegetables. An empty stomach means your glucose level in the blood is decrease. To prevent this, don't starving yourself. Eat something but in a small portion. It's just enough!
Have a try!

Niacin is very good for that. You might want to try a liquid diet for about 5 days. Low sodium V8 and any organic juices will do well, also be sure do drink plenty of water and even try a fiber drink every day.

green tea is great! i drink it non stop. it use to be Pepsi all day everyday. i stopped after years of drinking it and went right to green tea. in less then 3 weeks i lost 20 pounds. and when i need extra energy i take 357 magmuns. all it is, is caffeine. it doesn't hurt you. it does not hype you up either.
