Ideally, eggs should be eaten only 2-3 x a week. Too much egg may accumulate to increase cholesterol levels.

a few eggs daily won't hurt kids and is healthy food! With Omeletes you can sneak in brocoli
or some chopped up spinach. Add some chives too and then when your kids ask whats the green specs you can say Chives without lieing! Healthiest plain cooked eggs is either boiled or poached. The worst way is fried cause that uses more cooking oil.. not bad if you use no stick cook'g oil spray! You might want the recipe book 99 ways to prepare Eggs! order from www.dollardaysplus.biz $13.95

yes i don't see anything wrong with it. however their is no right or wrong answer. and as far as how they should be given boiled, scrambled, omelets,or pickled, their is no particular way either, but i would do something different each time they eat them. good luck and hope this helps.
i personally will not eat an egg unless it is hard boiled, over-easy or is in something like a salad. i like them usually with a lot of bacon.

Eggs are good for you. My hubby eats eggs everyday. Scrambled are my favorite. Give them the eggs, at least they're not asking for sugar!!! Make it different every day, & let them guess what they're having - scrambled? omelet? hard boiled? deviled? Better than those toaster things. Have fun with it!

It is not advisable to feed eggs on a daily basis as egg is supposed to generate heat in the body. You can feed it on alternate days. You can give it in whichever way you want.

Sure they can have eggs. Try to get some cage free organic eggs from your nearest Trader Joe's (Traderjoes.com). I notice i feel better from eating more organics and TJ's provides at a surprising price. Just portion accordingly and try not to go over two eggs a day per person. : )

if they want then daily then mix it up. make them one way one day and another the next. all is good. my kids could eat them all the time too. but you should try and get some other stuff in there to. oatmeal, cereal, pancakes. just tell them they can only have them 3 or 4 days a week or not at all.they need the other foods for better health balance.

Yes but you should then cut down a bit on meat and/or dairy.
Stuff an omelet with salsa and green veggies to sneak in veggies.

yes you can give the kids eggs every day.
Mine are especially fond of what they call 'toasty eggs' that were featured in the movie 'V is for vendetta'.
