A hot bath or shower always makes me sleepy.

Or if I sit in a dimly lit room and read my eyes get tired and I will wander off to bed and crash.

Sitting in front of that one eyed monster with the bright screen will stimulate the mind and keep you awake into the wee hours of the morning. Turn it off and take a warm shower or read a book and you will get sleepy....

I always have this problem too. You can have some hot milk, warm bath & the best way is to relax. Don't angry because you can't sleep, relax and slowing you can sleep. Before sleeping, don't use your bed to play laptop, watch TV and so on... no loud music as well. Remember your bed for you to sleep and have sex

I actually like to use some hypnotherapy or just relaxation downloads that I got from the internet. There are a ton of them out there. Some are better than others and everyone has different tastes so I would experiement to find one you like. I don't seem to be able to be hypnotized but I am able to relax while I'm listening to the tapes. One great website is here:

- have a sandwich or something which fills my stomach and i feel drowsy
