synchro output is 24V rms or 50v rms like that.

Step Output: the output of a signal (often just a pulse) at regular intervals around the circle of rotation, i.e. 360 pulses per revolution would give you 1 degree precision.
Synchro Output is used to give you a reference for the "zero" pulse of the step output, i.e. one pulse per revolution.
Whether they are DC or AC depends on the system design, and what they are driving.
Compare the frequencies of the signals you get.
