His foster dad Joseph was a carpenter, so I guess Jesus learned that trade, too.
But after his public ministry began (when he was about thirty) he must not have had much time for making cabinets and furniture. He was an itinerant preacher and miracleworker during that time, and said of himself, "the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head."
This period of his life only lasted 3 years. Maybe he made food miraculously for himself the way he miraculously fed the 4000 and 5000. Taxes? He pulled a fish out of the water with a coin in its mouth. Maybe some of his followers gave him money, but basically, as God, he was the Man who had Everything. He was a Giver, not a Taker. Not that it is wrong for pastors and preachers to survive on the tithes and offerings of the people who benefit from their ministries, but they aren't Jesus, after all.

In case you really didn't know, He was a carpenter, like His "father" - Joseph.
He was also known for His curing people and for for His teachings, which is why they called Him the Master [or Teacher].
So, technically speaking, He was a Carpenter and a Doctor and a Professor.
But He earned His living as a Carpenter.

When times were hard he sometimes juggled jobs. Days he worked as an accountant's apprentice at the local tax collectors office. Nights he would work the local club scene; he was actually a very talented musician (playing bass for the group "Fundie Jews"). And although his fame never reached the level of a contemporary "American Idol" as such, he was very well known and respected for his scaley and resonating riffs.
