You may not want to exercise now, but after a week of it you will find it addictive and you will have no trouble maintaining it.

You either need to change your entire life style, or forget it. Watch that show on TV... "The Biggest Loser"... they'll show you how it's done, as well as inspire you to do it yourself.

Oh, you should try playing something like sport, aerobic, yoga, exercising with the help of technology or something like that.
Please don't run to lose weight. It is the least effective way to lose fat (one of the fatest person ran 8km a day to lose weight but nothing worked at all!!)

first don't lose hope. Do your excersise regularly. if you can't
just walk wherever you go. Take 2 or 3 pieces of garlic & Palm sugar(pana karkandu in tamil) . 1st fry the garlic with 2 drops of oil and mix with the palm sugar & then eat regularly at the night time u will definitely lose your weight. It will bringout the extrafat from our body so please try this at your home -bai

Do morning/evening walking, swimming, and be on low fat diet and yogasanas(dhanurasana and its modifications would help you remove the excess waist fat and can increase your stamina incredibly) .

what do u eat?eat only veg food
eat only raw vegetables make a routine to do walking ,jogging,gym etc ,dont eat fatty items,make a habit to leave meals at night 2 days in week.
