No really. Like do you use the same stuffing mix as a turkey?
I know you stuff them with a spoon or with your hand.
This is a real question.

Chop an onion fine mix with good sausage meat, breadcrumbs, a handful of sage chopped and an egg. Season well. This is a good stuffing with any poultry.

Several folks have given great advice on web-sites, recipes, etc. Just remember not to over-stuff the cornish hen, because unlike the larger birds, they can and will explode in the oven if packed too full. There is also an advantage with the small hens. you can use tooth-picks or other wooden skewers to seal the hen and keep the moisture and juices inside. A good seal is real important to make the most of the stuffed hen...

The same way that you stuff any other hen. With either bread, herbs, spices or buy a ready made mix that you add water to. Good luck.

I like to stuff cornish hens with Rice a Roni wild rice ...I make it according to the directions on the box.

Stuff them with your favorite stuffing you would use for any other bird. If you search the web you will get other ideas for various kinds of stuffing too.
