There is not a guy out there that is worth a friendship If its a true friend then you will resolve this issue on your own if you feel like you need to go after him then be ready for the consequences because it will end your friendship theres plenty of guys out there how many good friends do you really have?

It depends on who liked him first and wether or not she knew you liked him first. If she did, then she must not be much of a friend, go ahead and talk with her and make her aware of how you feel about him, and if she doesn't back off, then lose her for a friend because if she's willing to do that who knows just what else she would do that could hurt you later on in life. After that, go ahead and tell the guy how you feel and flirt with him as well, he'll choose one or the other eventually. Best of luck to you. -James

Isn't he lucky to have 2 ladies fighting over him?
Now that we have his ego checked at the door are you kidding me-don't ruin your friendship over this knucklehead.
You may find out later on that he is seeing both of you and wouldn't that piss you off?
Do what makes you happy but be a good friend-men come and go!
On the other hand he may be the type to say that he wants to see both of you would you be ready for that?

I would let the guy know that I'm interested in him and see if he's having any of the same feelings and if he is I would and he should tell the friend to back down and if not take it to the JERRY SPRINGER SHOW

honestly she will get him regardless! they will sneak around!
so; why do that when if your friends, just share!
its not like you want a relationship with this dude. If you do want a relationship, you should tell him and he will make the decision. if the feeling is mutual he will tell her to stop flirting.
But for right now, its a war on who can get him first. Do not be a sore looser if she win, because their is always someone cuter then him.
