Bob, I've severely cut down my caloric intake in addition to really paying attention to the types of food I am eating. Yes, I have lost about 25 pounds in about a month. This is without 'working out', simply by cutting out soda, sweets of all kinds and dramatically decreasing portion size. I have increased the amount of fruits, veggies, salads, etc. all that stuff that we all know better that we SHOULD eat. It hasn't been too hard on me and I am beginning to feel better and know that I will eventually look better. Good Luck to you buddy!!!

Getting lots of sleep helps. But not eating doesn't. Eating breakfast helps, and you can have some cereal with that skim milk. And maybe some fruit.
Stay away from the french frys, mostly fat and salt. Try nuts or a sandwich with whole grain bread and some lean meat, go light on the cheese and mayo. Maybe some sprouts or lettuce.

No, not eating slows your metabolism, which makes your body hang onto the weight thinking it is starving.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, eat high fiber, lots of fruits and veggies, low fat, and 2-3 servings of low fat dairy.
Peace.

No! Starving yourself just making your metabolism decrease and your body don't get enough nutrients. An empty stomach means your glucose level in the blood is decrease. To prevent this, don't starving yourself. Eat something but in a small portion. It's enough!

no, not at all. infact, you will have the opposite effect, as your body will think its starting to starve, and it will save up fat to preserve life. eat 6 smalls meals a day, work out for 30 minutes (cardio) a day, drink 8 glasses of water...do it the right way

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at

what everyone else has been saying. if you want to loose weight the key is to eat in moderation. eat several meals a day, but small meals. and cut out the snacking.
i eat a lot, but i never eat until i'm full. i stop eating as soon as i'm not hungry anymore and i'm very thin.
