My state of Arizona has the highest volume of illegal aliens crossing the border.Any thing we can do to keep a felon from running back to the border to escape prosecution is a very good thing. They are just by the nature of being illegal, considered a flight risk and should be denied bail just like any other felon that the judges deem a flight risk.We have a lot of propositions on our ballots,a lot of things to help our city's and state .We need to help ourselves by voting yes to all the "stop the pillage of illegal aliens to my state" propositions. The costs to our state is staggering and growing each day.I live in Scottsdale and I for one am tired of paying for Mexico's problems that have become our problems.I say Mexico because our illegal aliens are from Mexico.
VOTE on the 7th
Americans don't have any rights in Mexico!
Neither should any illegal alien, have any rights here in the USA, from any country!

I think that the fence needs to be built, and those persons that are in our country from Mexico that are a) in our country illegally, and/or and especially b) have committed a felony, need to be delivered to the mexican police at the US/Mexico border. Have them/make them deal with their own criminals. If they fail to do that, at least whatever happens afterward will take place outside our country.
Let's have the US/Mexico border fence built. Congress, the Border Patrol, ICE, Arizona, whomever whatever, they need to stop playing with their food, and get the fence built, plain and simple. I'm of the school of thought that believes that Mexico should have to pay for some of this, as a sign of good faith, if nothing else. American taxpayers should not have to pay for all of this. The fact that there are illegal aliens committing crimes in the United States starts with the fact that there are illegal aliens in the United States, period. To be fair to Mexico, not all illegal aliens come from Mexico. Nonetheless, their 'contribution' to the situation needs to be countered with effective, ethical, and enforceable measures that will duly empower all 50 states to get em moved on back home long before it becomes an issue of keeping them in prison forever at american taxpayer expense.
Support the US Border Patrol!

That is valid in concept, but probably not as written.
Immigration status is not per se subject to state discrimination. However, the state courts can certainly take such status into account when determining whether someone is a flight risk.
Passing a law that creates a presumption of a non-citizen non-national as being a flight risk is valid. But the Eight Amendment and federal immigration laws prohibit flat out discrimination at the state level based on immigration status.
So, it's all a matter of how the law is worded whether it is legal.

Go back to mexico if you can't keep the rules in your own country why should we have to put up with you. Why don't we sent our mass murders rapists drug dealers and all are other people that commit crimes to mexico. No. why should we allow your people to get in trouble and no punishment. If your going to come to america, don't break are rules, and don't diss on america. If you don't like america go back to where you came from. I am not racist i just don't like people who come to change there lives and ruin others.

Good plan I think. The illegals shouldn't be given any chance to escape. They should be sent to jails in their homelands, in fact. Then they won't be coming over again.

You are being prejudgist on your comments, it isn't only mexicans who brake the law, and certaintly not the only ilegal immigrants in the US,
If such thing becomes law, is just another hammering against our brown skin. But it wouldn't be fair, because, first you would have to prove first that the arrested is in fact an ilegal allien, not just because seems mexican is already an ilegal. Then, you would have to be certain that he/she is really guilty of the crime or felony, being acused does not make him guilty.
And if they do, in fact, go back to Mexico, just pray they don't come back, let them deal with that crap of person. Less expenses for our taxpayers.

If you keep them in jail, you have to spend money to keep them up.
If you let them out of jail, they may run home for a brief period, but they will be back to commit more crimes.
It's a Catch 22.......
