I cannot vouch for the quality of the recipes, but there are cookbooks available for download online, here:

Go to the websites of the manufacturers of whatever products you like and prefer to use, such as Pillsbury, Campbells, etc. They will usually have newsletters available which you can have emailed to you, containing recipes you can either use as-is or can alter to suit your personal tastes. Or, try this website:
http://recipes.bhg.com/
It's the website for Better Homes and Gardens' cooking site. Lots of good recipes and tips. Raid your mom's recipe box, I'd bet she has one. Haunt garage sales for cookbooks Go to your local library and check out cookbooks, then copy the recipes into a notebook of some sort. Keep in mind, recipes are a good guide and a good place to start, but your imagination can improve almost any recipe you begin with.

Alcohol is a good meat tenderizer, but so is vinegar and anything with papaya extract. You can buy many good marinades (Lawry's is good) which don't contain alcohol (and usually contain papaya extract). There really isn't very much food that you absolutely, positively must have alcohol in! You can always substitute something else.......

Yup! go to Kraft foods, and they have a free magazine they will send you. Just give them your address and you'll start getting them in the mail...I just got my holiday ideas one. Love the magazine. You don't get emails from them, they don't ask you to purchase anything, just a free magazine. The ads in the magazine are only Kraft foods items. You'll like it...
