I'm sorry for the cancer, but I hope you're over that part anyway.

As for your weight, it would depend alot on your height. My father is 6'8" tall, and he weighs about 200 lbs, but I wish he would put on MORE weight, he looks like a walking skeleton, but that's beside the point...your height does have a lot to do with it.

I understand your limitations on exercise, I suffer the same fate actually, due to a ventral hernia.

Walking seems to be the best exercise I can do, without hurting myself to the point of winding up BACK in the hospital because I ruptured an organ...anyway, with your bone and hip being metal, it might not be a good exercise for you, but if you can walk, I would suggest that one. It's low impact and gets the whole body involved :>.

Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This program works to remove the toxins in the body that are stored in the fat cells. You cannot get rid of the fat cells unless you get rid of the toxins. We get toxins from pesticides, preservatives, fast food additives, chemicals, pollution, smoke etc… I have been on Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast and Atkins. All work great for a few weeks then the weight loss slows to 1 or 2 pounds a week and the motivation drops. This was my first experience with cleansing and it worked wonderful! You can order at 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it works and is worth every penny! Give it a try and good luck!
