Im always tired and i mostly sleep 7 hours during the day and 4 during the night its been happening for a while i dont know what to do the doctor doesnt even help she tells me the same things can someone plz help

what does she tell you? Did you get your Thyriod tested? Are you depressed? have you tried taking a decongestant before you go to sleep at night to help you sleep? exercise always helps me... maybe you should go to the doctor and get a second opinion.

Apparently you have some other situations, not mentioned in your description of your problem. Eleven hours of sleep seems to be a bit long for anyone, other than a teenager. But, is the tiredness coming from too much sleep or is it some metabolic problem? You don't seem to cover the important points in your discussion. I am wondering what "the same things" are, that your doctor continues to tell you?

If you want help, you must be much more specific.. perhaps even with our doctor.

Try seeing another doctor about it. A varied opinion should help a little. I'd advise you to try and get into a regular sleeping pattern during the night, if possible. Humans aren't meant to be nocturnal, and deep sleep usually comes in the darkness and cool of night. If you get more sleep at night, your cells might rejuvinate more fully and you'll feel more awake. Give it a shot; what have you got to lose?

You could just be depressed. Working out or running or just doing something different something positive is a way to feel positve. Alot of chemicals in the body from foods or products can bring people down. Try to do a body detox which flushes the toxins out of your body and find the nearest Trader Joes (Traderjoes.com) around to get some good organics at some surprising prices to give yourself a positive healthy kick. Check out what your goals are then follow these four aggreements, "Dont cast negative word to others" (basically just realize that every word has a huge amount of power which not only effects others but effects you as well), "Dont take anything personal", "Dont assume", and "Try your best at everything you do". Everything you do. Alot of times there could be so much negativity around that it sucks away the positive. Try to do what you feel is right and do your best at it. Dont take anything personal. If someone doesn't see eye to eye with you just remember your the only one looking through your eye and its you who knows if you tried your best regardless of what it is you do. If you make mistakes just acknowledge them and try your best not to make them again. We live in a world full of negativity and we ourselves have to make the difference. If we become happy with ourselves love and happiness will surely be there. Those four aggreements could be so hard to follow. Its amazing how many of us break these aggreements daily and give it no thought. We are capable of so many things and all we have to do is apply ourselves. : )

Sleep is good. Maybe you should get a job so that you would responsibilities and doesn't need to sleep that much.
