A guy can be funny and silly and still be mature. However, if they are always preoccupied with lowbrow humor, that's probably a sign of immaturity. Not a definite sign, but a possible one. They need to be able to have an intelligent conversation, behave in public when it's required, and commit to a girl when the relationship has potential. Morals and ambition, like you mentioned, are also very important. I think you're fine :-) Just make sure that you are comfortable being yourself instead of always trying to impress people with your sense of humor. Don't be afraid to talk about serious things, like *gasp!* your real feelings. :-)

An immature man is man who still thinks the world revolves around him. He does not really consider other people wants and needs aside from him own. Also a immature man is someone who does not know the difference between what he wants from a woman and what he needs. Some men will take a nice lookin girl and toss aside that she has no brains. And then some men wont date a girl who is not a model but has brains. I would say that when a woman says that the main thing she means is a man who does not know what he wants in a relationship.........does not understand the value of a woman and his role as a man. Crackin jokes, and playing pranks is not immature as long as u dont do it excessively and u do it at appropriate times. All women like a man who makes them laugh but most dont like a fool. I hope this give u some insight

A guy can be funny and have a good sense of humour and still be mature. However, if he hides behind his frat-boyish pranks and cannot be serious because he's too busy playing ... well, I would definitely be looking for someone more mature. It really comes down to how old you are and if your actions are age-appropriate. I'm in my early 30s and tend to date men a decade older (not as a rule or anything) but because I appreciate how mellow, wise, and "together" these men can be - which is less common in guys my age.

A mature guy is a guy who can hold a conversation, has a job or is at least looking for one, has goals, etc. I'd say that you're mature, it's nice when guys still have a sense of humor.

I think its the woman who needs to be more mature if that is what she keeps saying. I think its about what you can settle with not what you can get. So don't stress over this question just be yourself and mature at your own rate.
Women will always complain about every thing because they are never happy with what they got and the reason for that is hormones that's why I say settle with what you can handle.
