I had wisdoom tooth surgey four days ago and it was extremely painful. The pain is still excrutiating. All four were removed using twilight sedation. I am on ibuprofen and oxycodone now and it barely helps to dull the pain. I noticed that there are what feel like lumps on the inside of my cheeks, but it actually appears that the surgeon sewed the inside of my cheeks over the bottom openings where the wisdom teeth were. Is this normal? It feels awful and I don't want my cheeks permanently puffed to the inside of my jaw because of the stitching like it is now.

I'm sorry, for you layment out there, when I said oxycodone, I meant "percoset" which is a combination of oxycodone and tylenol. The addictive pain medication oxycontin was NOT prescribed. Percoset is routine post-surgery prescription.
