How do you meet girls when you just realized that you are ugly, but people have told you your entire life that you are handsome>? 20 yrs old.

Hey man. Ugly is under the skin. Just the fact that you asked this question proves you are not ugly.
It is too easy now a days to get caught up in this idea that unless you are considered good looking by everyone that you are not acceptable. It simply doesn't work that way. Girls dig confidence. Girls like guys that aren't so into themselves. If you want to be attractive to girls, get into THEM, and what they like and what they are afraid of. And trust me, they all think that THEY are ugly- even the pretty ones.

If u ve been told that u are not ugly, ur entire life, then where do u get the feeling that all those pple are wrong?? I think that beauty has to do alot with feelings. And it is absolutely up to u decide on which one u prefer. If those pple who c u, c a handsome guy, but 4 u uprefer to c yourself as an ugly one, still it is up to u.

So you say you just realized that you are ugly?? Ok if these people told you your entire life that you are handsome, why are you basing everything off of appearance. Because there are some I wouldn't say ugly but unattractive people that are wonderful dates. Then there are gorgeous people that can be real ugly dates. So the appearance thing shouldn't be your main concern. Why not concentrate on how you treat a girl more than what you see in the mirror. That can be a real turn off.

Well first of all if people have told you all your life that you are handsome then you must not be ugly
Second, the ugly you are talking about is only skin deep so it doesn't matter..
And third, If you think your ugly then you have some self-esteem issues to worry about

I don't believe in ugly people, what really really matters is what is on the inside. Of course initial attraction comes from looks but I have TOTALLY changed my opinion about the looks of a guy after getting to know him, even just a little bit. Just be a good person and try to believe in yourself. And honestly, I doubt you're "ugly" perhaps you just need to try to build up your self esteem. Just keep yourself well groomed, be yourself and don't sell out. The rest is just patience.

lol I've done this be4! If it's your family telling u ur handsome well they are family they aren't gonna say that ur ugly! I'm 14 and people tell me that I look like a supermodel but I really don't think that at all and some people tell me I'm ugly. So look in the mirror and look at yourself as what you see yourself as. If people say ur ugly, screw them!

I have the same problem , maybe you need to lower your standards a little. No,lol really just be yourself and don't give a damn what they think. You cant win em all. Personality is important so just be friends with people and maybe they will fall in love with you as a whole.

Wash you hair well and frequently, buy a good toothbrush sanitizer and brush and floss, exercise, organize your things, get your hair cut nicely, probably short, use soap on your face, shampoo on your hair, and either soap or shampoo on the center of your rear if you know what I mean, eat well. You won't be ugly for long.
