As a girl, I can tell you there are some things that never fail to hit the mark, the most obvious being
Flowers
A card with some well-chosen and heart-felt words
If she likes to write, give her a blank note book, the prettier the better
Burn her a CD of her favourite music [in my day it was a tape ;-)]
Take her somewhere new that she's always wanted to go

Only you know her well enough to know her interests.
Without knowing the individual, it's difficult to make such a choice. Perhaps a favorite CD, or DVD...Maybe a charm that would mean something to you both. Possibly a book. It doesnt need to be elaborate. I'm sure she'll be pleased with whatever you choose. Whatever you decide, add a rose.
