I get really bad headaches all the time so I take Motrin (which is the only thing that works for me...better than Excedrin) and lay an ice pack under my neck. I was also told, but never tried, to put an ice pack on my head and a heating pad on my stomach. The girl who told me that said it would confuse my body....and I guess it would get rid of it. I don't really know...worth a shot though. Good luck!

Do not sleep for at least 3 hours after a meal. This is most important. 1. First 3 days Drink 2 glasses of water before each meal. So total should be 6 glasses a day. Stop all other liquids. For example if you take lunch at 2.00 pm, take 1 glass each at 1.00 and 1.30 pm. Some deviations from suggested times are ok. Do not drink water after 7 PM. 2. Next 2 days Reduce water intake to 3 glasses day. 1 Glass before each meal. 3. Next 2 days Reduce water intake to 1 glass day. 4. Next Repeat 2 and 3 again and again. After 1 month repeat 1,2and 3.

Sounds more like a tension headache. Or and eye/headache.
When all else fails the only thing that works. Its going to sleep in a dark dark dark room with night lights, no sound.

Usually, i'd say, go to sleep, but I learned that a headache can be a sign of an anyeurism, so u shouldn't sleep with one...
eat, if that doesn't work, turn our most of the bright lights and keeep an ice packe to your head. you may need to go to the hospital for kidney failure though. you're showing a lot of the symptoms my cousin had a few weeks ago and when she went to the hospital, they said her kidneys were failing....good luck.

Sometimes a towel with ice cubes laid on the back of your neck can help. Have you taken Excedrin with Caffeine in it? That will generally make my worst one go away. They make you a bit wired but they relieve the pain.

Since over the counter meds are not helping and it is getting worse that means it is time to head to urgent care and get it checked out.

Sounds like you might try a different med....I like Advil, and excedrine when that doesn't work. If you still can't get rid of it, try seeing your doctor, you might be having a problem with migraines.
