Im not used to being this weight....and im not comfortable at this weight.....i would like to lose weight fast but easily....and stay at a steady weight....any ideas???????

Losing weight is all about physics. Diets in general are useless. Try this...when you fill your plate at a meal, take what you would normally take and then put 1/4 of it back. This will not be enough for you to feel like you are starving, but will cut back on your calories a bit. Then, trying excercizing just a little every day...take the stairs instead of the elevator, park a little farther away at the grocery store. It isn't the quickest way to lose weight (although 15 pounds shouldn't take too long), but it is the healthiest! If you lose somewhere between 2-3 pounds a week, you are on your way and doing it healthy!

Do Kapaalbhati Yoga.
1000 % EFFECTIVE in weight reduction.
Shut your mouth, Exhale breathe continuously 5 minutes.
Take rest of 5 minutes. Then again do like wise.
Do it 5 times in a day. Eat anything you like.
In one month, you will get better results.

The diet doctors I saw on Oprah said if you just give up "high frctose corn syrup" by reading all the labels, you can lose 33 pounds a year! and eat 8 small meals, not one biggie
