how can i loose a lot of weight in a little amount of time without being unhealthy

you cant. you didn't put it on in a little bit of time,you can't take it off that fast either.

Proper diet and excersize is the only way to go. sorry

I don't know what 's your time frame as a little amount of time but I'd lost 20 lbs within 1 year with no loss weight exercise, pills or etc. A cup of fresh milk and fresh orange juice and a glass of water every morning and 20 minutes walk to working place 6 days/week.I'd my lunch @ 3:00pm until then dinner at home @ 10:00pm.Basicly beef and vegetable are my favourite. Sleep @ 2:00am and wake-up @ 8:00am. Actually I didn't mean to lose the 20 lbs but due to my family burdens with 2 kids and a sick wife that needs medications from time to time.

go on the beverly hills diet choose 1 fruit ( perferbly not watermelon cause it has heaps on sugar in it) and eat only that fruit for 1 week

it works for some people and it is healthy
aslo it depends on how much weight u wana lose
if not proper diet and exersice is the way to go

losing alot of weight in a short amount of time is EXTREMELY dangerous. fat=energy so you will basically drain yourself or dehydrate

you must eat a little ,but be careful!you must do it every two hours and think of vitamins (vegetables,fruit,milk and meat twice a week).drink two litres of water a day and don't eat sweets or chocolate.help yourself doing gym.
