It depends on the state in which you live, some states give limited visitation in certain circumstances but some don't.

Usually it can only be claimed if the child's parent that the grandparents are related to are deceased. At least in my state that is how it works. I live in Michigan.

their rights are to see there grandchild if the parents refuse u can sue but i wouldent recommend it being that there family and all

what would u rather be a nice family and not see ur grandkids or sue them and ur son/daughter will h8 u for life but u get to see ur grandkids ??????? its ur decision
