he says he feels like his bothering me but he's not i just don't have time and i told him that but he doesn't understand....should i start calling him?

Well yeah! Put yourself in his position for a minute. How would you feel if you called someone regularly, & they rarely returned your calls? Wouldn't you get tired of trying? What would it take from the other person, for you to start calling them again?

Being busy is an excuse, you can and should always make time for the important people in your life. I'm sure you would make time for a guy that you were really interested in, the truth is you're just not that into him. He's a smart guy for figuring that out, and letting you know that if you want his attention you'd better start treating him like you are interested in him too.

I am doing the same thing to my bf who lives very far from me.I call him overseas and it makes me feel bad if he dont answer the phone right away.And then i start to leave him a mean messages.Like ''sorry if i bother you in your work.''But all i want for him to do is to call me back.I guess that is what he wants too..

No , dont call him if you cant be commited. If you have no time to even call someone, theres 0 chance to have a good relationship until you have some time to devote.

If he is calling you and you don't attempt to call him back, obviously he thinks that you are not interested in him. He feels rejected. If you like him I suggest that you call him.

hmmm, it probly means he's not going to call you anymore because you never call him back. See, guys don't speak in little relationship codes. we say what we mean, don't look for hidden meanings.
