Well a couple months ago I had a pressure like feeling coming from inside my stomach around my belly button. It went away after a few days, and came back about a month later. It went away again, but recently I have had gas (which makes the bloated feeling go away somewhat), and I have had a couple very minor sharp pains (they weren't there for long at all).
Does this sound like anything I should be concerned about? If so what could it be?

How old are you? Are you in good health otherwise? Are you sexually active? This and many other questions contribute to a diagnosis. This is an internet site, any idiot can give you an answer. You have a Medical Question, take it to a Medical site.........like WebMD.

Better yet, see a Doc.

Go to a doctor. Pain around the Belly button that shifts to the lower right is usually indicative of Appendicitis. That can go on for some time before the appendix gets ready to "burst". But if you are concerned enough about it get it checked out. I would need to examine you to tell you for sure.

Well, I am not a doctor, and if it becomes a sever pain or lasts longer than a couple of days, you should see one. Sounds to me, if it is directly behind your belly button, it could be gas or it could be your gallbladder acting up.

~~~any pain that is not "normal" should always be checked out by your Dr. Im not sure what it could be,,,,,but still,,,,any pain that you usually would not have (and you know your body better than anyone else) should get checked by your Dr.
