When he says hes single, he means hes up for a relationship. When he says hes limited, it might mean he doesnt think he can be man enough to face up challenges of relationships.
OR he could mean that hes a limited edition of a man (which means he thinks hes a rare kind of man) but YET hes still single.

I would guess that to mean he isn't married but he's dating for sure. Somewhat seriously I would say. He evidently doesn't want to talk about it. Maybe he is playing the field.
