a satisfying/ healthy meal consists of a mixture of protein, fat, and carbs. since u crave nuts which are monosaturated fat( good for you) and salads( which are considered carbs) suggests that you lack those things in ur normal diet and your body is telling u its about time to eat them. since u didnt say u crave meat( which is protien) suggests that your body is already getting enough of it.

craving something is your body's way of letting you know that it needs certain things in that food. for example you crave potato chips really bad but you don't have any in the house and normally wouldn't eat them. It's so bad you have to go get some. Well maybe your body needs salt.

Maybe it is because your body wants you not to get fat or has changed its lifestyle.

Sounds like you are deprived of sex. Recommend you get some immediately!
