You cant "win him". If you are comfortable with yourself, and hes a regular guy who can talk, just going over to him. Talking is a start. Alot of guys are shy and may need a nudge. Only you can really make that call as you know him better than us lol. If he likes what you have to say and finds you cute, then it will lead to something more, like a friendship and then a date. If he doesnt know your alive, then you wont get anywhere.

hmmmm well how to flirt, laugh alot smile when your around him get close to him dont get to close ok dont like touch him alot keep your distance get to know him alot become friends and when theres a moment ask him out be careful though you need to fit out about his love life too. start a nice conversation and bring the topic of dating up slowly and then ask him (carefully though) people say just be yourself well as for me i dont think that works you have to try but not to hard being yourself is hard when it comes to liking someone especially dating! so i say try but be yourself trying but still try but if hes got date or a gf already sry cant help you there

You dun have to flirt inorder to win any guys. Just be yourself. Try group outing first, it will give you some chance to approach him. If he likes you, he will come to you naturally..

whats the worst that could happen? if he is a nice guy he will be polite and either say yes or no. the thing you will learn when you get older is men like women who know what they want. so start practising now and ask him.

find out what he likes, become his friend, talk about what the two of you like, build attraction, flirt with him, ask him out... if he says yes yay, if he says no don't get upset cuz now you have a new friend
