You never know if they are telling the truth. You may never ever know if you are chatting with whoever you think you are chatting with because not all ppl will say "here is my friend Joe Blow, he wanted to get on the comp".

ill tell you how.. number one, pay attention to the things you find hard to believe.. then bring em up in a few days, or even a week and see how well he remembers the details to the story... if that dont work, write me at blankpage17@hotmail.com.. im 22, and a punk rocker.. and love to make new friends- i dont believe in lying because if you end up in love with the person you lied to, what do you do if you end up together forever if your whole life is a lie... good luck girlie

You wont ever know if someone is lying to you...you just have to trust someone which is why you dont just give your heart or your body to some one very early on.

i have training in interogation, so i can easily tell if somebody is lying through their body language. however, while chatting, its a little more difficult. the best thing you can do is keep communicating and see if he says things that make him contradict himself.

If he wont send you a picture
If you try to meet up and hes always busy
If you ask questions and he can't answer
If there is always dramatics for no reason
Then I would suspect a liar!!

come to the site with an alias,
and see if the guy talks to your alias
the same way he talks to you.
I know it is fake, but it is workable.

chatting on the computer and talking in person, are two completely different things. usually people are completely different in "real life".
