swollen glands?

my glands in ym arm pit, neck, groin are hurting but there not swollen can someone tell me what could be causing this?

Could be extremely serious, but could be transient and not serious at all.

I don't mean to be dramatic, but I won't even venture a guess as to what is going on...so as to make you anxious and worry needlessly...

However, I encourage you to see a doctor for further assessment...and get some blood tests...
