I think it is illegal...I also think that it's stupid for it to be illegal. When I was a teenager we (as a youth group) would TP peoples homes as a form of flattery. It would mean we thought they were cool. I've had my house TP'd, I think it's funny! I'd rather be tp'd than have graffiti sprayed everywhere.

What is teeping, I do not understand your question

Malicious mischief and littering. Depending on where you live, littering can carry a pretty hefty fine.

I am assuming that you are asking because you and your buddies are looking for something to do tonight. Do yourselves and your potential victims a favor and do something constructive. Or if you insist on be destructive, ruin your own belongings.

Yes it is. And if you want to do it right, wet it down after you get it TPed. It makes it stick to everything and then become difficult to get it down.

P.S. Its vandalism and you can be fined and sued for the cost to clean it up.

It is illegal but most people would not file charges against you if it was in fun, but beware who you do this to, they may not appreciate the thought.

Gosh, that would be lame, but you never know this day and age. Probably depends on location. Some states/cities may have stricter rules than other.

ah hell - just teepee the son-of-a-*****.

yes, but the person who did it will not get in much trouble at all, if any. they'd prolly get a warning or a $50 fine.

this question should be under "Laws & Ethics" though

In Texas you could get shot by the homeowner, and the homeowner wouldn't get charged. Don't do it.
