im referring to anyone anywhere like at the shops, supermarket etc. People who have no idea what im like and i am meeting for the first time

she might like you but be afraid of what her friends will think or something. try talking to her when shes alone and say something nice like " do you have time to go catch a movie this weekend " if she says no that okay juss tell her fine maybe another time. make sure you continue talking to her after that or else youll get her confused Sometimes girls just need a little patience
to get extra marks you could tell her friends how much you like her and say nice stuff about her to people she talks to like hses hot or whatever

Depends, some girls will ignore you or 'act mean' towards you if they like you and vice-versa. I think that if your looking at a particular girl that you should try and read her body language.
Basic things to look for:
Playing with hair
Glancing at you every now and again
Fingering her lips or somehow playing with her mouth (lollipop etc)
Crossed leg pointed towards you
I know there are others but those are pretty good indicators anyways good luck.

either way. If she is playing hard to get tell her that you are not interested in playing immature mind games. It wouldnt hurt if you tell her that she should get over herself cus you are a good guy and she deserves someone like you. If she just doenst like you then well not much you can do there. Just move on and find someone else

is she one of those girls that are really in to school or friends then there is a big chance that sh is just ignoring coming from a book worm but if she is sort of flirtatious about it and only ignores u because u talk to her then she defiantly is playing hard to get but have u talked to her friends about this ask them if the could secretly ask her

need some details about the girl to answer accuatly. 'cause it COMPLETELY depends on the girl. me; for example would ignore a guy mostly cause i do like him (but i usually say hi, at least, to all the people i know) if she does this then she might like you, but still kinda hard to answer.

It means nothing until you finalize it. It is a test and a self fullfilled prophecy. YOu say she likes you and keep that attitude. And then in the end, you'll stand a much better chance.

that really depends, because some girls do like playing hard to get and others do it because they find the guy creepy or just not their style. see how she acts around you like does she get disgusted looks on her face or laugh about you when she thinks you're not around? if so then she probably doens't like you.
