Let's see... one's an island nation, signatory to multiple defense treaties, and the other is a land-locked country with a neutrality policy...
One has a small but well-trained Navy, along with an army and air force, while the other's "army" makes pocket knives and over-priced wristwatches...
I think we're going to have to go with New Zealand!
