Try using a setting lotion on your hair. Once heat is applied to the hair it makes your curls kind of stiff, if you dont mind your hair being a little on the stiff side. But it holds up really well, and should last all day.

You should seek a shampoo and conditioner that curls your hair and then roll up your hair while it's still wet. Apply a generous amount of heavy spritz to your hair and then dry it with a hair dryer. Sleep with the rollers still in your hair, and then when you wake up the next day, unroll it. The curls should last much longer.

try a firm gel for either dry or wet hair than spray some hair spray
for firmness when you curl your hair either before or after you curl
and it should work great.never use mousse it's garbage for sraight hair it;s more for permed hair.

hope it works for you
best of luck

you could get a perm (but that's really bad for your hair)...or you could try using that wash 'n curl shampoo...which is supposed to curl your hair.

make sure you put mousse, a lot of hairspray, and some volumizing shampoo would do good.
