I know when I say I "got bent" that means I got really drunk. But when someone uses it as an insult (like Bart Simpson), I'm not sure that's the same thing.

To answer with another piece of slang, "get bent" is a censored version of "go f*** yourself" or "go to hell."

Basically, you're annoyed with the person, deadlocked in an argument, and just want to end the conversation.

Bent is the opposite of straight.

In other words if you're straight you enjoy hetrosexual relationships.
If a person is bent, then they enjoy homosexual relationships.

Bent is another word for gay.
