Hi. Please dont insult me people. This is a sincere question that I struggle with alot. I mean, I do not EVER have a chance at intimacy, but I would just like to put my mind at ease. And yes, I am a 20 yr old MALE>.

Your feelings are very normal.
Most people have faced them by twenty, but not all.
Being close with the opposite sex can be stressful.
It is the first time, and it is the last time.
Sometimes it is easy in between.

You have to find a girl who is not going too fast.
You will just have to take your time in the beginning.
Don't use alcohol. Pick the right girl. take your time.

You must be brave and try.
Try talking to the girls.
Try askign them out.
Get used to getting NO.
Keep trying.
Get a girl in the right situation,
where you are comfortable,
and make some moves on her.
Don't do too much the first times.
It will happen without you even trying.

I don't mean this as an insult.. But it's not your mind that needs to be put at ease. Shoot.. there ought to be just a friend that is female that will take care of this.. Think about it.. I'll bet there's a gal.. you never thought of in that way before. Probably a good friend .. And now I'll give ya 2 to 1 she has been thinking the same thing.. So.. Buy a couple wine coolers .. take a spin down to the 'ol river.. (bet ya been there with her before) and JUST do it. All's I can say is it is 2006 .. and I don't think a person has to be married to test the waters..
OK There is another way.. Got money? Get a motel room in the doper part of town.. Turn the heat up.. get some whiskey.. *********************
Stay in there for 2 days.. You will come out a new man..

You can't partake in something that you have never experienced, so don't even worry about it unless you have that someone special to share this with. When that time comes, simply sitting and talking is an act of intimacy and you build what is comfortable and enjoyable for the two of YOU as your relationship grows.

Sweetheart, why does something have to be wrong with fearing it? Go with your gut feeling. It just might keep you safe. You just may be a very very smart person for what you fear so please don't knock it. There is nothing wrong with you if you aren't ready for intimacy. :-)

What is it about sex that scares you? Are you afraid of losing control or allowing someone into your soul?
