Well it could be a heat rash or if you are a bigger person it could be from irritation. Try keeping the area free of moisture and really clean and see if it helps. Try some scrub when you shower and put some body powder on. You could go see your Dr to get referred to a dermatologist if it keeps up.

Blisters in the groin area, could very well be a sign of Herpes, go to the doctor when you have the blisters and they will do a swab to test for Herpes. Herpes isn't there all the time, they come and go, and can be very painful when you have an outbreak, and there is meds for that, that help to control, but without proper diagnosis, it can't be treated.

I hate to ask but do your upper thighs rub together when you walk? It could be irritation just like when your heel rubs in a shoe and gets a blister.

Check the fabric of ur underpants & pants . check if the synthetic material is causing it or what . Try 100% cotton . dust ur inside of thies with some prickly heat powder containing anti fungal element . should work

When you bathe, don't use any soap in that area. After your bath, dust yourself with baking soda down there. Wear only white cotton panties and never use scented toilet paper. Sleep with no underwear.

HPV (human papaloma virus) or Herpes or it Probably is just from MASTERBATEING TOO MUCH....WAY TOO MUCH IF IT IS BLISTERING YOU !! Raise your hand UP towards the Head, and don't DOWNSTROKE so far !!
