I sold beer without checking ID. Police they caught me. Because she looked old enough. But she was 17 and one of the undercover person. So i have to go Court on January. Tell me what's gonna happen? Cause before 2-3 years ago i got caught and charged by shoplifting. So this is not gonna be my first offence. Any experience?

You and the store both will get a fine. At least that's how it works where I live.

You will probably get a fine and or a good behaviour bond. As the two are unrelated. Get a lawyer and you may reduce your fine. At the end of the day you were caught and your guilty. Not much you can do. Definetly get a lawyer though.

#1 it depends on which state you are in. if it is Texas, well, you are looking at a $5000.00 + fine plus court costs. You will have your T.A.B.C. certification removed. And maybe even probation, depends on the mood of the Judge. You have to check I.D. In most states you are required to have I.D. on you to purchase alcohol period. I will piss my regulars and anyone I see fit to card them. They are not now or ever will be worth that fine for me. As for the other past offence. It shouldn't come up, not even associated with pending case.

Should be ok, they are only taking it further to show you up cos you didnt check the undercovers identification. Good luck!

If they can prove that you did not make "A good faith effort to check her age"..first offense is a fine up to 350.00 to you,and up to 3000.00 to your boss. not much more than probably losing your job.No worries re. prior offense,this is the ABC stinging you.Love to tell you so much more, dont know how exactly

i never did this but they get caught them in my town regulary and it does not amount to much the first time here. something like %250.00 fine but if you get caught again its big house time

i think you will be checking from now on hopefully they will just fine you if your in the uk as the prisons are so full
