Ok, the magician puts his left OR right hand behind the spectators ear, then magicaly an object like a coin or easter egg or ball appears in hand and he brings his hand forward and shows the spectator. How is this done? I would like to know how the magician does this. Thanks!

It's a gimmick, the magician surgically implants those objects in peoples body weeks before the performance. Since they are magical they know what people are going to come onstage, and what to pull out.

Could be up his/her sleeve. Generally its hidden in his hand, perhaps transferred from her othr hand at the last second.
