I downloaded internet explorer 7.0 and it did not download properly. I am using 6.0 still and it now only lets me view one window. I am also using windows XP with service pack 2. If I minimize the window and try pulling up a second one it reverts to the old window. I have tried everything. I assume there is a reset or box that I can check to make my windows program to allow me to have multiple viewing windows. It is not the pop up blocker...I have turned it off and nothing changes...HELP....Please.

Go to Tools in your IE7 browser. Then click on Internet Options.
Toward the bottom of the window, click on Settings in the TAB section. In the next window make sure that the Enable Tab browsing box at the top of the window is checked. If it is not, then check and restart your computer as directed. If the box is already checked, then try clicking the restore default button at the bottom of the window and reboot. Let us know how you make out.

HELLO, I TRIED TO RESPOND TO THE E-MAIL YOU SENT ME, but I was told the e-mail could not be sent because your e-mail address was not confirmed. Anyway, here is a copy and paste of what I wrote in that e-mail:
Hello Why Not,
Well when I still had IE6, which, by the way, I do prefer over IE7 , but maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it.
Anyway. This is how I was able to make multiple windows. Go to File, then, click on New and choose window. You will now have two of the same window. When you click on a link ,or want to open a new web page one of the windows will remain the same and the other will go to the new web page. I assume you can make as many new windows as you want that way. Whenever I used to snipe on eBay, that was how I did it. Hope you understand what I am trying to say here.
