Okay so theres this guy i like at work, I just started and i came right off outgoing, friendly and talkative. The thing is I have a sorta "talent" with being funny and I can make people laugh really good, i just have one of those sense of humors. I make him laugh ALL the time! but im starting to think i should lay off a little and save that for my friends. Its not like a goofy funny its more of a joking then keeping a serious face. Hard to explain. What should I do?

Be yourself but do the job and be professional at work. I would not try to change my behavior unless it is getting in the way of getting your work done.

You would not want someone to be attracted to fake you, would you?

I think that you may eventually find yourself in a personal relationship with him but if the job is important to you, please remember that it is easier to work with someone you are dating than to work with someone with whom you have split.

Men love a beautiful women who loves life. Being yourself sounds like the ticket to attract any worthy candidate.

I don't get it...Do you only have a limited amount of humor? Why can't you be funny to this guy and to your friends as well? If you are funny, and he seems to enjoy it, then great. If he doesn't, then stay away from him. Not really a problem here...

You could always just ask him out - he seems to enjoy your company, no reason to think he will definitely say no. If you are trying to get him to ask you out, then just keep on making him laugh, guys love that. I'm sorry, I just don't see a problem. You like guy, that guy thinks you are funny. The guy likes at least one major aspect of you, which means he probably would go out with you on at least a date, from which point you keep being your (funny) self and he presumably keeps liking (funny) you. Keep up the funny, which according to you means just keep being yourself, and maybe he will ask you - or at least he probably won't turn you down. You have a pretty good situation here, provided you don't get too crazy about needing him to ask you rather than the other way around. And even if you do ask him and he says no, whats the big deal?

Act normal. Stop trying to impress him. Treat him like everyone else. If the attraction is going to be there, let him figure that out. Make it a little of a challenge for the guy. You don't want to broadcast to him that you're interested.

you know what,.. you should take small steps. first you should stop being so funny. maybe one joke per week? When this boy gets used to it then START to kiss him and stuff. If he gets used to that, then just kiss him A LOT and start to tell him you would like to go to the movies, park, etc. Good luck!!!

I think you should use your "talent" and try to become good friends with him. You never know, he might actually like you the way you are.

well...a guy likes a lady with a sense of humor...the guy should like you for who you are and if he does not ask you out, then maybe he really isnt interested at all.

If you're funny, then be funny!

I think you should just be yourself, and he'll find that attractive, because confident people are the most attractive.

Seriously... don't hide who you are.

That's awesome that you can make people laugh.

Use it.
