I think if I was the guy I would stay as far away as I could from the home that this 13 year old girl is at. You must not live in the same home so stay away. Jail would not be fun just because this girl has a wild imagination. Tell her stop and talk to her parents

No many girls flirt with older guys. It is only wrong when the guy takes the flirting to seriously and tries to make a relationship out of it, or flirts back This is similar to her having a crush on her teacher. This is just a phase don't worry about it.

Time to get her legal guardian involved. If she's making you uncomfortable she needs to stop. If she won't it's time to get the parents involved. If they don't do anything it's time to contact the police and at least force them to do a report. She could go too far with her flirting and you'd be the one in trouble. That record showing her unwanted and uncomfortable advances gives you some protection.

Tread sofly. Even if you alert the parents of the problem, they will most likely blame you. I would just keep your distance from her, which is very much possible with her being so much younger. The parents will believe anything the girl says SO BE CAREFUL!

She probably just has a littel crush. When I was like 11 I had a crush on my dad's worker guy and he was like 25. Now he's in his thirties and everytime I see him I'm think oh my god what was I thinking? She'll get over you

Although have you ever seen the movie "The Crush"??? Beware of that situation!!!

Instead of ignoring her, since you are the adult and she is a child, you need to tell her that she is a kid and you are an adult and she needs to leave you alone. Be firm and stay away. She is jail bait.

Tell her parents! Trust me, they will handle it.

She aint worth you going to jail if people see that and think that you are encouraging the behavior.

Be careful
